I tried using Mr. Jacobson to build a home, however veterans with PTSD don’t have the patience for sorry pricing games. He is unprofessional, will not meet deadlines and doesn’t actually build custom homes. I was only requesting a 1000sqft home and the build price was $200 a sqft when I was originally quoted at $120 a sqft. If you have infinite time and don’t mind someone wasting your time by all means throw your money away. I do not recommend at all not even for lawn care management.
