I have worked with Michael on two occasions. Each time he was great. The first time he navigated selling my house while my husband and i were going through a divorce. He priced our house well and set a new record for our neighborhood. He dealt with two very different people at a complicated time. When I was ready to buy again, I called Michael. He helped me truly figure out how much I can afford and help me to beat other offers with communication and negotiations. At the end of the day, I ended up in my ideal home close to my downtown. If you are looking for a good realtor and loan broker look no further.

Michael with his daughter Haley were both so helpful in the whole process of buying our first house. We were coming into the housing market flying blind. These two were both so amazing in the process and Michael handled all the questions we had even if sometimes they were the same questions. They really put our minds at ease during the whole time. Michael handled all the financials of the process and really went to bat for us helping us to beat out all the other offers and ease the minds of the sellers into going with us as the buyers. Since 2018 Michael helped us to refinance to get amazing rates and has cut our mortgage costs exponentially. I would recommend that anyone and everyone work with Micheal in the real estate market. You wont be disappointed!!

We really enjoyed working with Michael. He got us a great deal on our loan, balancing a low interest rate with a quick close time! I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael Gordon and Trisha Motter with E3 Realty and Loans. As a Realtor myself, we don’t often write reviews for our fellow colleagues but I feel that when we have a transaction that stands out, we should. Communication is important in any transaction and Michael, Trish and their team truly stood out in this regard. They returned calls, texts and emails in a timely manner, communicated with their Sellers and responded to our requests and questions that put our Buyers at ease and made them feel that their inquiries were important. Michael Gordon (aka Smiley) is one of the most positive, optimistic and energetic people I have ever met. I have worked with him to purchase 2 houses and refi another over the last 10 years and I won't work with anyone else. He makes you feel like you are the only priority he has, provides updates constantly and walks you through everything he is doing or needs to do.
