UPDATE:
I am nine days in and I feel as though I am being held hostage at this point. I am trying to settle the final bill for the warranty company, which required 3-4 resubmissions by Nolan because he keeps dragging his feet. Instead of caring about the customer, he spends his time eating honeybuns and staring at people.
I've been in the office since 8 AM this morning. Nolan claims he's working on it, but we asked him to resubmit the correct estimate to the warranty company yesterday. Instead, it took him several hours (from 10 AM to 3 PM) to forward multiple emails, still with the wrong estimate, at the last minute. This led to the amount of time we had left to get approval from the warranty company next to nothing. I was ready to pay my deductible for the final bill last night, but I was told they only handle these transactions in the morning. As I stand here waiting now, almost an hour later, he looks at me, gets up, and walked away without giving me an update on the final totals for the warranty company. It's like our time means nothing to him.
I have so much more to say, but I'll update once Nolan finally stops dragging his feet.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the MHC - Little Rock location and I couldn't be more impressed with their exceptional service. I would like to especially acknowledge Zack, the Service Advisor, as well as the foremen Blake, Taylor, and Tyler. They went above and beyond, showcasing their extensive knowledge and dedication by taking the time to educate me about the parts and the process of working with my warranty company. Their professionalism shone through as they meticulously submitted detailed documentation to ensure my semi-truck repairs would be covered under warranty.

The entire process has been smooth and professional, and I am confident that the repairs will be completed to the highest standards. A great bonus is the trucker's lounge on-site, providing a comfortable space for drivers while their trucks are being serviced. The 24/7 operation is incredibly convenient, ensuring that help is always available when needed. I will update once the repairs have been completed and covered under warranty, but so far, my experience has been nothing short of outstanding.

Truck was there for coolant reservoir leak after sitting there all day bills paid 5k. Extra labor charged 976$ just to install pressure sensor which only takes 15mins. 1200$ labor for heater core replacement very expensive place for any repairs. They told me they will adjust the bills after the repairs done. But I was told to pay everything there is nothing they can do with pricing!
Engine light came back on after 100 miles after spending 5000$ on little repairs..

Chad Hunter in the Kenworth Service Department has gone above and beyond to help us. He has superb knowledge of the trucks and how to trouble shoot. I highly recommend Chad's expertise and the Kenworth Service department of Little Rock, AR - very helpful and friendly staff. Also, fast and efficient service.

Am a Owner Operator that had a terrible accident in Arkansas in the middle of nowhere and tried to contact a repair shop with in reasonable distance. Call every shop in a 2 hour radius on wreck with no luck then got recommended Kenworth of Little Rock, At. I called and told them what happened and they were very understanding to my position. They sent a wrecker Immediately and took care of everything. They did extremely good body work and the staff was very helpful with my needs. I highly recommend these people for all your repairs and service needs.

Have had pretty good service in the past but last two times were not good. I checked my kw in with a steer shock leaking and a air leak. They replaced the shock and told me that they could not find the air leak, charged me $700.00 + for this. When I picked the truck up air tanks were empty and air bags deflated. Also in December 2020 the body shop did some work on my truck from an accident, they had to repaint the front bumper on the left in the pics (see below) it is flaking off. The right half of the bumper is original from the factory 400,000 miles plus. When I contacted the body shop in March 2022 and sent pics I was told that they would not warrenty it because it was from road hazard etc. Humm the right side has been in the same conditions a lot longer and there's not even a chip on it. Go figure!! I am in the process of contacting the main HQ about this. See pics. Will take my business elsewhere.
