We rented from them for almost 8 months.
Every time there was a problem and we told them they wouldn’t do hardly anything till we caught them lying and they finally did it.
We just returned our keys and I guarantee they will try to keep my deposit. I have video proof I left the house in amazing condition. Considering that when we moved in it wasn’t even cleaned and the “painters” literally can’t paint crap!
We also have a service dog and when we told them that is when they sent out our vacate notice on April 25th yet we never got it till May 23rd! Then they told us we have till June 30th yet called telling us to leave by the first cause they needed the place before then to do “major repairs”
Yeah right! I have several video and text and call records and recordings proof from this place showing how incompetent and unreliable they are. I don’t get my deposit back believe me my attorney will make sure I get it back.

Would not recommend applying or trying to lease a property from this company. Myself and my co applicants applied for a house about a week ago and each paid a $35 application fee. We waited a few days bc we knew it takes a few days to process the application. Once the weekend hit and we got no word we were a little worried so we waited till today (Monday, June 10th) to follow up, just to find out the company signed the property over to another applicant. (we’re pretty sure we applied before them) During all this we stopped looking for homes bc we check all the boxes to be approved , so this has costed us to miss out on other potential homes. We also never were reached out to about our applications or inquiry about the property at all and never received a refund for the application fee we paid, even though clearly our application was never even looked at. Cannot stress enough not to waste your time with this company. And if you’re seeing this the property(170 Bethany Forest Lane Carrollton, Ga 30117) we applied for is still listed as available. This proves the attempt at stealing more money as “application fees.”

They pop up unannounced wanting to take pictures of the house first thing in the morning I've had a water leak going on two+years water bill has been as high as 400.00 for one month and for two people it's just crazy. Nothing gets done the water company says contact Metro West leasing I did just that every time I pay my rent I remind them still nothing along with the pests I just recently got rid of out of my own pocket. It's just really stressful but stuck at the same time.

My experience with Metro West. Was renting house with a buddy. The guy seemed nice enough as most salesmen do. Showed up to show the house, didn't know how many rooms or bathrooms or if it had a basement. First week the tub broke because of foundation below it or something. They said they would put an "urgent" work order in. It took almost 2 months for someone to do something about it. We got hit by a tornado and a tree was on the house and back yard was full of trees. They didn't care or check in or do anything about it. The owner was thinking of selling the house so Metro West had to come out and take pictures. We asked a few questions about the process and stuff, the guys whole mood changed. He said he was going to give us our 60 days notice and that the lawn looked bad and all this other stuff. He was reaching, because we just mowed the lawn the day before expecting the guy to come take pictures. So we move out and ask about our security deposit of $880. We left the place in really good condition. They said they would get to it. And then stopped taking our calls, no returned voicemails. Straight up ghosted us, it's been almost 4 months now. Side note, they lied to owner about who we were and our jobs. So tldr- They don't fix anything, they aren't responsive, they will lie to your face, make promises they don't keep, don't do the work for basic knowledge on what you're renting, will ghost you out of your security deposit, and will flip their kindness facade in a moments notice over just a couple questions. Go to someone more trustworthy, it's not worth it to go here.

They seem nice at first but the longer you are with them the more their true nature shows. They were not honest and not professional. They do not care about people, only easy money with the least amount of work. Definitely the worst people I've dealt with.

Terrible place they lie and steal your deposits they also delete all their Google reviews so they look like a good place but they are definitely not good they were a 3.8 and then delete all their reviews and we're 5 until the real reviews are pouring in
