Meredith was so helpful throughout this process and advocated for me with the underwriter when we ran into a few snags. I was hesitant to refinance at this time, but I had an ARM which didn't seem to be heading in the right direction. Meredith showed me that even with the additional costs of refinancing, I reduced my monthly payment and cut two years from my remaining mortgage. Much appreciated her help.
