Moved into Merchants without getting a chance to tour in person. I was pleasantly surprised with my apartment, especially the view. The staff was so helpful through the move in process and continued to help with any issues encountered.

The apartment is a great mix of rustic and modern with original floors beautifully redone and new appliances, cabinets, and smart home features.

Location can’t be beat, next to lots of bars and restaurants in a revitalized downtown mobile.

My wife and I had the pleasure to call
Merchants Plaza our first home as a newly married couple. Many memories were made that we will forever cherish and Merchants is one of the key reasons for it. Located in the heart of Downtown you experience all Mobile has to offer. From the warm welcoming Merchants community and staff, to endless restaurants and activities only blocks away, your weekdays feel more like weekends. I highly encourage others to make the same decision if you are looking for the same experience. You will not regret!

I’ve lived here for six months and couldn’t be happier. The staff and maintenance team are exceptional—responsive and attentive. For instance, if you have a lightbulb that burns out, they’ll replace it within an hour. As the only high-rise apartment building in Mobile, Alabama, the views are simply unparalleled. If you appreciate stunning scenery and top-notch service, this is the place to be!
