Had the best experience here! They treat you with respect and kindness. Specially, Reese was so helpful. He called me multiple times with the status of my vehicle and arranged shuttle rides to and from the dealership for me. The shuttle driver, Marlin, was great as well. Super nice people that just want to help you! To top it all off, I just had to get a tire replaced but the service department cleaned the inside and outside of my car! Above and beyond.

The people at Mercedes are very professional. They try to get you in for service and out as quickly as possible. They make sure you are comfortable while you are waiting. Their snack bar is nice. I have to say the prices for service on the vehicles are very expensive. So, if you buy a Mercedes make sure you save your money because you will be paying high service payments.
