We went to get a nice used MB to replace my wife's beloved 2012 C300. She loved that car and we weren't sure if she would ever find something that was as nice. We saw a 2020 C300 advertised with 4matic and went to see it..Matt who had just started nd brought it to us. The car was definitely not as good as the pics..told Matt how disappointing it was and he whole heartedly agreed. He was new so he really couldn't tell us much so we left and said the search was still on.
Matt stayed in touch and 2 weeks later they had 3 vehicles that we wanted to see..when we got there Matt was on his hunt to show them. We ended up finding a beautiful black GLC43 AMG used. It was raining but the had everything. It was owned by one owner and was well taken care of. We made a deal. There were a couple of things that needed to be done so we left the car...
We went pick it up on Christmas eve..this time it wasn't raining. There were some small scuffs a couple of small dimples that we did not see in the rain. We took pics sent them to Matt and made sure to get the car back in ASAP.
We picked it up today and wow what a difference. They a actually took care of extra things they saw like small paint chips. The car is beautiful and my wife loves it. Car dealers can be crazy busy and some times unscrupulous. It just depends on the person you get. After some negotiating. You are always going to pay a little more at an OEM dealer but Matt and his manager took great care of us and we would recommend them to anyone we feel like we found a great car at a good price. Thanks Matt for being there.!!

Came in to casually browse without any true intention on buying. Was greeted by a young gentleman named Samir who showed me some used vehicles. This truck caught my eye and the salesman sat me down to go over some numbers on the car. He did not pressure me did not say take it or leave or anything. I left without a deal and went to another nearby dealership. After dealing with some other shady dealers I felt it was inevitable that I was meant to purchase from Mercedes so went back next day and fortunate car was available and was able to close the deal with Sam! Dropped my GLS450 for multiple recalls. Picked it up and found GREASE had prints on door panels and pillar. Also has dirty coverall stains on seats as well. By the way, this vehicle has white interior. Robert was the service adviser and when I told him, He tells me to wipe it off with baby wipes. I asked him to send a mobile detail to clean there mishap but they wouldn't do it. So much to take my car to a certified dealer. Horrible service. Will never take my car here again.
