I’ve been to so many dealerships across the country and this location hands down is the best of them all. They are more than a step above other locations, they have excellent leadership and employees that care and it reflects in their work. Both my service advisor and technician not only explained everything but showed me as well. If you’re seeking a quality trustworthy team, I highly recommend them.

I am from pa and on my way l need oil change and at that point l can’t have appointment in any Mercedes Benz so l did my oil change but l just need to reset the oil change and l stop at this location Mercedes Benz of Birmingham 1800 Montgomery and l explain everything to the guy and he said since l did not do the oil change here they can’t help me and l ask him please to ask someone and he said he will ask his manager he went talk to the lady and she didn’t even bother to come to me
I back up take pictures of the place and including the manager and she burst
I can’t take her pictures she is going to get me arrested already she took also my vehicle plate

I buy my sprinter with Mercedes pa l think just to make look the name the should help me with that instead of looking at me like l am black
I don’t need no free service also .
Lady instead of taking my van tag picture all you have to do is come forward me and explain me things but not go hide somewhere and snitch at me like am black and l am proud and the van belong to me
And yes how y said l am stupid and all this l think y are the one
And when talking to me the first thing coming in yr mouth is
Y are going to arrest me l did not break any law lady and l never did in my life
What make y upset more is l told y l will post this

Highly recommend for any Sprinter service. We had a check engine light come on while traveling and called to see if we could at least have it checked out on our way home. Ms. Juliet said to bring it in. Keith was great - put it on the diagnostic computer and took care of the issue. He also took time to explain several other things. We were so happy with the treatment we received, that we brought our coach back for Service A even though it was two hours further away from our home than the Nashville MBZ. Everyone we encountered was terrific. Ms. Reola who assists Ms. Juliet kept in touch to make sure our visit went well. And on the day of service, Ms. Juliet greeted us, kept us informed of what work was being done, what was recommended (as well as what was unnecessary at this time), and got us in and out in excellent time so we could be on our way back home. Just top notch service and treatment overall.

WARREN IS THE MAN. There was horrible traffic and I needed my car. He stayed after close, gave me an incredible gesture of gratitude, had all the paperwork ready and helped me get on my way as quickly as possible. Helpful attitude and a nice man, if I EVER have anything to take my car in for, I will by name be asking for him to deal with and bringing him something to eat.

I was very interested in a used car that they have at the Irondale campus right now. However, I am out of town and wanted to make sure I had the information needed before I made the trip to Birmingham. I was connected with a salesperson, Mr. French, who was entirely uninterested in making a sale to me. Not only was he unresponsive, he also never gave any real info of substance when he did respond. He couldn't even be bothered to use capitalization or punctuation. Completely tainted my experience with the dealership.

I’m passing through Alabama and scheduled a service on my 2024 Tiffin Wayfarer at the Hoover location because it’s on 2023 Sprinter chassis and Hoover location only location for RV. I met with service advisor, Juliet Watkins. I wanted oil change, rotate tires and check driver side rear inner tire because it had broken valve stem that I had to have fixed at different location. When I picked up my RV, the dresser drawer was laying on floor and clothes scattered and drawer broken. The radio was turned up , which radio wasn’t on when I brought in and not at high volume for sure. I went back to service advisor and told her. I asked her to go look damage and she wouldn’t. She apologized and suggested I take RV back to Red Bay Alabama for repairs. She also offered to comp the service charge. I declined because I’m paying for work did. After reviewing receipt of work done the tire rotation not even listed . I’m now going back to Red Bay to get dresser drawer repaired at Tiffin. This will add days before I can get back on road. This disappointing experience was told to service advisor.

Contacted them from Florida about a used vehicle I was interested in. Did go in and purchase but while there many different stories were given to me. There was a discrepancy in the mileage which they claimed was a clerical error. Said they would have the CarFax corrected and provide me a copy. After months of emailing and calling I still do not have the carfax nor are they responding to my emails or calls. I was given misinformation, basically lied to. Had the vehicle delivered to me in Florida, arrived with a dent, used car manager said it wasn't dented when it left their facility but the transport company provided me a copy of the paperwork that included a signature attesting to the fact the car was damaged when it was picked up. The used car manager said they lied - well it wasn't the transport company that lied. Tried emailing the gm - still no response. The 'work up on the vehicle did not show dates, nor exactly what was done. Again the used car manager said that was common. I could go on and on but you get the jest of it. I would not recommend this dealership. They are not truthful nor are they responsive.
