I have lived in this house since 2019. The house wasn't quite ready for us to move in but we accepted it the way it was. The lawn was filled with crabgrass so we used our own money to put in a new lawn. I also circled the front tree with lavender, gardenias, other flowers, and poppies and added white stepping stones. This upgraded the home's appearance. And all out of pocket. Sadly, management needs to fix the water drainage in bathtub. Every time we take a shower, water surrounds my ankles because of the slow water drainage. It has been this way for a year. Also, the landlord does not permit us to use the fireplace because it is damaged and they refuse to fix the problem.
