Megan is great to work with. She found several homes that met our criteria and gave us personalized video tours of each as we were not yet in the area. We found just the home we were looking for and the whole process was quick and efficient. She was with us every step of the way and I can highly recommend her services. Also being a fellow military spouse she knows the challenges involved with PCSing as we were doing.

Megan is the best! My husband and I were looking to buy a home in Sumter. We met Megan through a listing for a home we were interested in seeing. On a weekend trip to Sumter, Megan showed us that home and several more. We didn't find exactly what we were looking for on that trip, but Megan had a feel for what we wanted. Within three days of us returning to Texas, she sent us emails of new homes on the market that she thought we would like. She was so right. We put in an offer on one of those homes and through Megan we got our dream home. We are so grateful to have found her. She has always been available to talk or text when we have questions.

I found Megan through a Facebook post, where I saw her name tagged by multiple accounts, all singing her praises. It was her social media presence that won me over, however. Her posts didn't just focus on individual homes, but showcased the city of Sumter as a place to live.
As I was buying unseen, across the country and with a tight timeline, I knew I wanted someone who not only knew the area, but actually enjoyed it- someone who had fun with it. Someone who wouldn't say how much they loved an area, while living as far away as possible.
As my agent, Megan put up with my hyper specific requests, tight timeline, and inexperience with kindness and knowledge. I had apprehensions purchasing within Sumter, as I have lived in a major metro for almost a decade, but Megan didn't make me feel judged for my worries. She told me great things about Columbia, Sumter and Camden, without pushing one in particular.
If I have any regrets with my experience working with Megan is that I wish I was able to physically walk the properties while searching. Megan has a great, relaxed attitude and I quickly felt like I could be myself and ask the 'real' questions that we all want to ask - like is the HOA board notoriously a bunch of jerks? As soon as I greeted Megan I felt like I would receive a genuine response to these questions. Also, she used her experience honed vision to find cosmetic issues on our new build in areas I would never have seen. I am sure that in viewing homes, she brings the same level of perception, especially based on the selection of homes she provided to us during our search.
We are a military family, and had a real doozy of a move this time around, but there was peace throughout the home buying processes because of Megan's service. I was provided with contacts to every resource needed- from mortgage lenders to home inspectors. Each contact went above and beyond in their own way, and I feel it is Megan's appreciation for community that makes the difference having her as your agent. I felt welcomed into the community as a whole, with her local touches and contacts.
Overall, I really enjoyed working with Megan, and would tell anyone I knew moving to reach out to her and get talking- because I think she will win you over.

The purchase of my new home involved a cross country move which meant I couldn't be here in person during the process. Megan went far beyond her professional expectations. She communicated with me weekly, spent a lot of time detailing amenities, updates and work progress. Megan helped me successfully make a number of very crucial decisions. She sent me many detailed photos and videos of the property as the transaction progressed, also alleviated a lot of the stress and apprehension regarding the move.
Megan has been more than a "five star" agent and I recommend her to anyone planning to buy or sell property in this community.

Megan has a ton of knowledge on the area, loan process, and many other aspects in the home buying process. She has great communication skills and worked hard to take care of us. This was the first time home buying process wasn’t stressful, as she would answer all questions, and took care of everything. She is very relatable having a background working with a diverse set of clientele, to include military. She is a great person who will try to help no matter what, and exceeded my expectations.

When I got orders to PCS from Shaw AFB I knew I had to go through the house selling process. I wanted an agent who was familiar with the military and Megan was it! From the initial listing to the final closing, Megan was excellent! The pictures she took for the listing were awesome which made the offers come in after the first couple of showings; shortly after listing. Her knowledge of the local market made for a perfect asking price that was quickly offered and accepted. The communication throughout was also great! Megan even went out of her way to look up and vet an agent for me in the local area that I was PCSing to so I was able to get the house buying process done there as well. Highly recommend Megan as your realtor if you are looking to buy or sell in the Sumter area! Thanks Megan!
