Incredible services to say the least! I had Megan sell my house in March of this year under a tough market with a house that wasn’t quite ready cosmetically with other lifestyle changes causing the sell. Not only did she and her team sell it, it was sold and closed escrow in 17 days! I had purchased with her as well and that went flawlessly with a faster than expected escrow in April. There simply isn’t a better team of agents. If you want an easy stress free experience get Megan’s team involved!

What can one say that everyone doesn't already know about our incredible realtor Megan Bohannan? During the home selling process there are a lot of ups and downs. Megan has a way of making you feel at ease. She helps to alleviate the stresses that come with the selling process with her knowledge, her expertise and her infectious laugh and sense of humor. She has been attentive of our selling process from start to finish, and any questions we had, were answered within the hour. Aside from her being a rockstar realtor throughout the process she also has become a very great friend. We can't thank Megan enough for her hard work, expertise, and incredible friendship. Thank you again Megan for all of the hard work you did in selling our home. You're the best 🙂

“This home buying thing is too easy,” is what I’d tell Megan as she was working tirelessly to help me close a deal lol. But in all seriousness, she made home buying an easy task. When it was time to view homes, what made her standout from other realtors was her proactive approach in researching potential properties that were tailored to ME and my needs. Never once did I feel forced or pressured to make a decision, which was important to me. Megan has a lot of excellent contractors at her disposal to solve problems as they arise. And believe me, there was no shortage of issues. I’m happy to be able to work alongside Megan and to close a deal on a beautiful piece of property!

Bottom line, Megan was amazing and really looked out for our interests during the whole process.
My wife and I weren’t actively looking for a realtor and were just doing the Zillow thing to feel around the market, but through luck Megan was selling one of the houses we liked. We instantly fell in love with her personality and work ethic. She is a local to the AV and grew up here, so she really knows all the ins and outs of the AV and knows everyone. During our search process she was always conscious of our wants, needs, and budget. When we did find the one, she made sure that everything in the deal was as fair as it could be. She was great to work with!
