Nice, quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Residents are freindly and eager to help one another, and the on-site maintenance man is quick to respond when needed. Management is very nonobtrusive.

I don't believe this park is run for the comfort of the tenants but for only to provide large profits for the owners. They seem to want to take over older mobile he's even when they are still in good shape ànd put new he's on. I also feel the rent is way to high.

Open lots. Fencing has to see through. All electric under ground and so is cables for phone, TV and DSL. Street lighting, paved roads.
