Just closed on one of their homes in an older community. My experience was poor. I had to search high and low for the information of who handled my water. My realtor and I had figured it was the HOA and left multiple voicemails for someone who rarely comes in the office. Eventually my realtor got a hold of someone who i was given information to and was told to address some of the upkeep concerns with her. She basically told me nothing would be done. When she was tired of hearing my complaints. She pretended I was disrespectful and no longer wanted to proceed with the conversation. There was a hole in my fence, a shutter missing, and the mailbox center is a trash nightmare. I finally got my mailbox key and was attacked by a bird that had crested a nest in the broken mailbox next to mine. I was told there was a new mailbox center on the way. Then said there had been clean up before but they will no longer continue to fix it clean up the mailbox station even though it is their responsibility. So there isn’t a new mailbox on the way. McElroy continues to create new properties and refuses to upkeep the current ones. There is no termite protection and even though you are paying HOA fees, mcElroy does not want to keep up the property. They are building new properties now, but once all the units are sold, they will disappear from responsibilities just like the one I live in. Shout out to Heather and Vickie for the bad experience. One of your agents road raged on the highway today on 285 today. He was being highly aggressive on the road and I caught what company he worked for. It showed a negative light for a company I had no clue existed.
