I am a landlord that was looking for a property manager. I really liked the reviews and tried to give McKeen Realty an opportunity. It took 4 business days to try to get an agreement sent to me after talking to them on the phone. As a result, i finally get a response with that was not what was discussed on the phone. I said that's not what's discussed on the phone and I get a comment of "We appreciate you reaching out to us with consideration of managing your property. I am sorry that we are not able to assist you." I am disappointed that they wasted my time, after I kept following up with them and then they changed what was discussed.
