The contracted tech that assisted with repairing my AC was Knowledgeable and discerning. Gets the job done. The regular maintenance crew for other requested tasks are respectful and proficient.
To be honest though, in terms of custodial duties, it has diminished in comparison to its initial property owner. The manager onsite always had the hallways mopped. Walls, garage - everything was spotless. Now, however, it “appears” only the first floor is given more priority in terms of cleanliness. This building will look run-down in the very near future at the rate it’s going.

Where to start. I doubt the owner of 241 West Wilson will see this review but if she does.... Your property is the worst I have seen it in my 20 years here. The long time resistance are in agreement. The manger we used have was in her 80's. Every morning Monday through Sunday she walked the property and picked up the garbage with her little broom and dust pan. The landscaping crew kept the place beautiful. Many of my guest remarked on this. Now we have this management who are well.... We have garbage now all over the property.. we have rats that go through the garbage. I have to clean rat droppings from my patio furniture and son's toys. We have people parked in front of the garbage blocking access to it. The pool heater is going on two years of being broken. Now we have regular pool parties with loud music and alcohol with glass in the pool area. The rules says only 2 guest per unit. This is never enforced. The worst during the pool parties is the gate is left open so people can come and go. I'm not sure but I believe every pool has to have a secure gate and fence. I miss the old management because they enforced the rules of the contract and kept the property clean . Owner if you read this and care about your property you need to take a survey with your tenants about this company. Read the current reviews they are trending down. Also note they do not reply to the 1 star reviews.

These Tenants are sooo happy 🙂 with the great plumbing work that was completed by Mark Hernandez Jr of American Made Plumbing. We very highly recommend the great Vendor for any plumbing work for tenants that need to be done! 100% rating. These Tenants smile every time we now use the kitchen sink water 🙂 :)!! Thanks!

When maintenance is needed, McIntire couldn’t make it any easier. Recently I requested service on a Friday and in no time at all, I had an appointment for Monday afternoon. The maintenance associate was able to arrive a couple of hours before he was scheduled and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. All of my service calls are always this easy, everyone involved is always extremely helpful and treats my problems or issues as if they were their own. As stated earlier, I’m not sure how they could make the process any smoother and I’m appreciative of quality of service I receive when it’s needed. Keep up the good work McIntire!

these people can’t keep track of anything, and they definitely won’t have your lease on file! Even though record keeping is a basic function for a property management company.
