I cannot recommend McGowin-King enough. My husband and I were clueless on where to begin in regards to our new build. Andrea, Joe, and Mr. McGowin were a breath of fresh air. They treated us like family. Literally! Mr. McGowin gave us advice as if we were his niece and nephew and that was very much appreciated. We worked with Joe Harris who was recommended by our RE agent. Moving from out of state to AL and buying a house site unseen was a little daunting, however Joe made the process simple and seamless.
