Working with John the builder was a wonderful experience. From the initial design phase to the final touches, the builder was attentive to every detail and helped make our dream home a reality. I feel incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to build my dream home from scratch. Being able to select every detail of the house, from the floor plan to the fixtures, gave me the chance to put a personalized touch on it. It was a long process, but seeing my vision come to life made it all worth it. Now I look around and see every item that I chose, and it gives me a sense of pride and ownership. I can confidently say that this home truly reflects my style and personality, and I am so grateful for the ability to make that vision a reality. While going through this process my husband and I were in the middle of a PCS. We were stationed in Ft. Leonard Wood Missouri making our way to Ludowici Georgia. Alyssa was the one to help me out with all the selections for my home. She sent me great pictures of the selections which made it super easy to pick out what I wanted. When the day came to make our selection choices, we had a facetime call so she could show me what everything looked like together. My husband and I are thrilled with the outcome, as the new home is spacious, modern, and perfectly tailored to our needs. Every room exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the natural light that pours in throughout the day adds to the overall beauty of the space. We could not be more grateful for Maybank’s skills and expertise and are looking forward to enjoying this stunning home for years to come. We were initially a little worried about how the 2-10 Warranty process would go. Thankfully Maybank made the entire process smooth and easy. I would recommend this company 100 times over again. The only issue is I can’t take my home with me when it's time to PCS again.
