This has been a nightmare experience, I was recommended Dave Ponsell, from Maximum One Platinum from Zillow, the Gentleman appeared to say all the right things but then came the initial contract with several errors, and several do overs, and then the open house that didn’t appear on the popular realtor websites until a few hours before the open house and on top of that he initially took pictures of the home inside in the dark and posted them on line, I had to tell him to delete all the photos and then provided him with better ones, I cannot speak for the broker and the Company as a whole, buts it’s hard to believe that a Broker can have a agent in there company and not know. Luckily we mutually decided to terminate the agreement.

P.S. i would be more than happy to share the supporting e-mails and initial photos if the Broker questions my displeasure with the listing agent performance.
