Wish I could give Matt 10 Stars. From the first time we met him at an Open House. We were impressed, Matt really knew what we were looking for and what we needed to get it. From First Time Buyers to every R.I. Discounts and Benefits. He had us on the phone with an equally Great Lender on a Sunday night. He then sent me listings of houses in the exact area of Warwick we needed so my daughter didn’t have to change schools. We found a house we all Loved. In the matter of 3 days and we’re making an offer on it. We were over joyed that the owner accepted our offer and we sent over all of our documents and paperwork. We were delighted when everything was submitted and they had us on our way to Closing with in 3 1/2 weeks. Matt is very knowledgeable, has a charismatic personality both myself and my husband left the Open House feeling confident in his abilities to bring us Home Ownership and it was So Fast we still can’t believe it.
