My husband and I met Matt mid 2019.
We were at Belcourt's John Balfanz model homes dreaming of a better community for our little family (we have at that time a 2 yr old and an infant).  Matt was doing the open house that day and I was hesitant to say hi or ask questions because I always thought real estate agents are pushy people. LOL.  Of course we talked to him and found out he is very calm, knowledgeable, very professional and not pushy at all.  Instantly with the way Matt interacted with us, he got my trust.
Oh, and he has a professional photographer to take photos of the house so it really looked good once listed.
Matt knows what he is doing and he works so hard doing his market analysis so he knows how much he can list a house reasonably.  He's also good at negotiating the prices with the buyer.
Even with his busy schedule he finds a way to respond quickly to our questions and concerns and made sure we are comfortable with what's going on.
We had such a positive experience with our 1st transaction with him that we want to refer him to every soul looking to buy/ sell a home or property.
We feel really blessed that we found a great agent and friend in him.

I’ve bought a few houses in my life time but not as fun and fast as this one. Matt has a formula no other realtor possesses. He can close any builder Agent on almost any request you ask for. Pretty much you can rely on him to go to work for you and he will make sure you come up on top. Matt is just a amazing human being and realtor, He helped us with process of buying our 1st home.
