She listened to our needs while also giving us realistic advice for the market we were in. When we found our dream home, she was able to quickly schedule a tour and we made an offer soon after. During the closing process, she was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate several negotiations. The most important one was when there was a problem with the sewage system and the seller asked for us to pay for half of the repairs.
