When our VA loan hit an unexpected delay, she took the initiative to reach out to government officials and was able to successfully expedite our claim in the VA office which allowed us to save a lot of money and close on our house quicker. We were in the process of relocating from the West coast when we were referred to Mary. Mary listened to every detail regarding our concerns, our wants/needs for our home, each of our children, employment, schooling needs (we homeschool) and she very devotedly put in the work and effort to meet every single need. She consistently followed up with us, gave us additional information outside the scope of just finding us a home. Mary and her husband Bill even spent his 50th birthday (sorry Bill for spilling your age) with us at a local restaurant for dinner! Even an important event in their lives was put aside so they could share an evening with us. Mary’s dedication, knowledge and love of the Upstate of South Carolina and compassion for helping people has been a true blessing. We never had to worry or stress about anything in SC when we were back in our state because Mary took care of every aspect of all our needs. We will be forever grateful for everything she has done for us and continues to do for us!
