Mary Hill had reached out inquiring as to whether i was interested in selling my property. I didn’t respond because I wasn’t in a position to sell at that point. A few months later when I was ready to sell I contacted a couple of “cash as is” buyers. My property was in really bad shape. Both companies made really low offers. I remembered Ms Hill’s text from a few months earlier & contacted her. She came out, did a walk thru & gave me her honest take on how to list. I felt completely at ease & never once felt pressured. I handed her the keys that day & let her work her magic. Within a day of listing there was multiple offers. Over the listing price! She went over each offer & gave me advice as to how I should proceed. I had no misgivings about taking her advice. Shes the expert, right? Contacted Mary 3/12 and closed today 4/9! This was my first experience selling and although stressful, Mary Hill made it seamless. I cannot recommend her strongly enough. Friendly, honest, professional and hard working.
