Mark's management has been the management company for our condo development for one year. It has been a nightmare. The ineptitude and mis- management was constant, including such things as being unresponsive to homeowners calls, sending our gate codes to another development etc. The final blow was on the day after they left, we could not access the phones or the internet in the office, as they had not paid the bill in over 2 months. In addition Michael Ponce de Leon was rude and condescending to homeowners.
