My wife and I love Mark. He has helped us get the best price for our homes. The first home we sold was in 2015. He came in with his team and painted the interior and exterior and stage the home. We had an offer above asking within a week. Back then the market was just recovering, so selling a house wasn't easy. We were so happy with his service when it was time to sell our rental, we gave him a call. Our renter left the house a disaster. Mark again came with his team and renovated the property. Mark even did all the crown moulding work himself. The house turned out beautiful. He put the house on the market and we had an above asking offer that we took on the first day. Mark is phenomenal! We originally connected with him at the beginning of the year, unsure of what we wanted to do.
