I'm in shock how many bad reviewers this company has. I just came here to write good review, and I saw all negative reviews. I live in Redondo beach in pretty old property owned by Marine View Management. I have been living here more than 2 years. I love this company so much. Because my building and apartment are pretty old, time to time i need some repairs and replaces. I always call them, or do requests online (it is very easy). I had water leaking from bathroom (all my closet was in a water, so they had to break a wall to replace parts connected to my bathroom). I had clogged sink in bathroom (they replaces for new one. They had to break a wall as well. ) My water heater stopped working, so they got me new one the same day. Paint in the wall was cracked, they repaired it as well. Yesterday my garbage disposal started to leak. Today I had a new one! I don't know why people are saying here that there are nobody in office, or they got ignored. I had never had this experience. Nobody was rude to me ever. They are all so nice. Every time I need something, they do it right away. So quick. I'm actually think it is the best Management company i rent from. I'm so appreciate you guys. Thank you very much!

This is truly one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. The management office have 2 of the rudest people that I have ever encountered! The names of these 2 people are Eileen and her assistant Kathy.
Not only are they rude but they are incompetent as well.
I recently had black mold growing in my bathroom and they didn't seem to think that it was a big deal. The entire ordeal took 3 months to complete! Seriously....horrible experience! If you can avoid ever having to talk with these 2 in the office.... do it!

Not sure if this is a real company? They are extremely dependable on never answering their phone. Go above and beyond at being a horrible property management company. They actually have a manager in their office which is hilarious? What do they manage? Mediocrity? The worst part is that their employees call their job a “job”. Their employees literally do nothing. I’d love to be paid to do nothing. Where can I apply? If you’re ever having a bad day just remember that this company actually charges money to do nothing. Bypass them and contact the property owner directly.

I am a South Bay local, a close family friend has one of their properties managed by Marine View and he told me how happy he was with said management company. When my assistant told me her family applied for a home managed by Marine View I mentioned it to my friend and he said “they are in good hands” but when my PA told me how they were treated by the person who showed them the home I was disgusted. I am a retired lawyer and I suggested her family sue for discrimination, her response was “no, people play the race card too often I am going to tell my parents to withdraw their application instead” she is a much better person than most because the way the person acted is not only incredibly bigoted but at the very least unprofessional, capricious, and curmudgeonly.

I have lived in a property serviced by Marine View Management for almost three years. We called at 10AM this morning about a clogged sink and no one came to help. Unfortunately I cannot say I am surprised. We have been waiting for over 2 years for repairs. We have exchanged dozens of text and email messages. At one point, a representative from Marine View stood in our living room observed a needed repair. She noted that it needed to be corrected. I reminded her that we had discussed it months before. It was NEVER corrected.

Items have been damaged since we moved in and 8 months later they have not been fixed. Customer service is terrible. Management doesn’t care about your well being at all. Good luck calling someone! They are never around. I cut my lease short and got the hell out of there. That’s how bad my experience was. All they care about is collecting your rent check.

Very poor tenant/customer service. We had major damage to the property they rented to us and promised to fix it right away. It's been 7 months and they still haven't fixed it. They do not respond to emails, and they avoid your when you call them to the office. Very unprofessional and a complete lack of commitment. Not to be trusted my dear tenants...
