The building superintendent is very prejudiced against handicapped individuals. He does not follow HUD or ADA policies, regarding treatment of persons with handicaps. He has gone so far as to refuse service animals, and if anyone does acquire a service animal, he changes their locks, leaving them stranded outside the building in Alaskan weather without any concern to Alaska conditions, time of day, or the vulnerability of a handicapped individual. He has been proven to be dishonest and overcharged owners to make additional keys simply because he changes the codes without letting anyone know. It is impossible to speak to anyone to complain about him. Because he is always the one who answers the phone however, he is often not in the office.

The building is old and needs to be renovated. Water system is faulty at times and the pipes are in need of replacement. The building smells because of poor ventilation.

The building has been here many decades, could use some major updates. The condos are nice, just has a strange faint odor in the hallways.
