We first partnered with Manning Development for the tenant improvement of our Westside distillery, restaurant, and tasting room. Despite the construction being interrupted by the 2020 COVID-19 stay-at-home orders, the execution was flawless, and the project was completed in less than 9 months.

In 2022, Manning again helped us with the complete demolition and remodel of our beachside location. During this remodel, there were numerous surprises, but Manning always provided speedy and thoughtful solutions that kept us close to our original budget. The partners that Manning brought to the project were skilled and professional, enabling us to achieve our goal of completing the project by summer 2023. We would be delighted to work with Garret, Ryan, and the rest of the Manning team for any future projects.
