Absolutely, TERRIBLE staff, Melissa was working the counter around 7:45 Saturday night or I should say, SUPPOSED to be working the counter… I went inside where lights were off throughout the store. This led me to believe that the store was closed, I returned back outside where I met Melissa smoking a Cigarette, I kindly asked “is the store closed?” (assuming I had not noticed a “closed” sign)
But I soon found out that Peaslee‘s does not close until 9 pm and now Melissa letting me know that it is “Her Break” and she will “be with me once she finishes her cigarette”, keeping in that she watched me pull in, sit in my vehicle for about a minute and walk inside the store… where I WAITED AGAIN! and had to go back outside side before I was acknowledged. A class act at Peaslee’s and a disgusting representation for Maritime Farms.

Please watch out for this crook company, they will steal your money with their gas draft, they will take your money out of your account and will give you no explanation for it. They will promise a lot of stuff, will do none, they will tell you we’ll fix everything and just maintain the store, but when it comes down everything is your responsibility including outside. please watch your EFT, they will steal your money, they will send someone to clean the outside without your permission and will take it out of your bank.

Don’t do business with this crooked company. They lease out their properties to great business owners and then once they see the location is lucrative they refuse to renew their leases and put a 7+ year business owner out or a space to run their businesses out of. And forget about asking them to sell the entire property because they just want your customers and money that you bring in. Company full of cons and crooks

Great company to work with. I've been renting from them for 10 years and I have had no issues with the property or getting any issues fixed right away. On the contrary, they have addressed all concerns quickly and efficiently. Our property is always well groomed and cleaned without us having to ask. Landscaping is always on point. I appreciate the effort they put into the property, as it reflects positively on my company.

It seems like everybody that made a comment or reviewed this company. Seems like they work for them or they pay you to write a comment about them. There’s no way this is a such good company. They are the worst company that I have a deal with And I been a business convenience store and gas station for the past 30 years. This is the most crooked company I ever seen in my life I own one store from them and I regret it to this day that I got it from them. Please guys if you rent from them please make sure you check your EFT and do your own numbers how much credit card and how much gas you sold and make sure it matched with your EFT deposits because that’s how they steal your money, they will Take forever for them to refund it and they will do it again and again at charges keep your eyes on them please
