Honestly overall disappointed with this realty co. We signed a lease for 3 years sep2022 and just got notice that we need to evacuate within 160 days because they are going to demolish the building . Mind you that they did not give us any kind of heads up when we asked to get 3 additional outlets Feb2023 which also cost an additional $1000 . I emailed them as I thought it was kind of weird how they had no idea or never notified that they would be demolishing the building as if it was an overnight decision. You think they would have advised not to waste any extra $$ . Fast forward to the owner giving us notices and letting us know we still need to pay our lease and they will be doing nothing for the tenants to compensate. There will be no consideration for tenants but 160 day notice to move and if we do not pay they will lock us out of the unit.
As big as Majestic is you think they would have dealt with this better especially when we are their customer .very sad and advise to not waste your time and money. Loyalty is everything and you don't treat customers /tenants as such!

In my considered opinion as someone who has dealt with commercial landlords in most regions of the nation - these folks are the worst. I recommend you do not get involved with them at all.

Over the course of the lease they will nickel and dime you to death with net increases from assorted assessments driving your monthly spend up by as much as 20%.

They will expect you not only leave the property as you found it but try to get you to improve it from how you took it at the lease inception.

We actually had to have hot water installed at our cost because there was none! How would we know since there was no power when we did the walk through. Now that we are leaving they are not satisfied with the hot water we had installed totally at our cost, they insist we install an improved system.

Again - I have dealt with commercial landlords in NH, MA, AZ, NM, TX, CA and HI and they are the worst in my opinion. Scrub any potential lease for any wiggle they have worked in and strike it do not sign with them if you can avoid is my recommendation. Awful to do business with.

This management company is horrible. I pulled into their parking lot when I had a flat tire and they gave me a ticket!! My car could literally not drive any further than where I got it to, which just happened to be a “designated space”. The security guard actually told me to drive ON MY RIM into another space which was not happening. Called the company to lodge a complaint and was just transferred straight to a voicemail.
