Our move-in day was awful. Would not recommend leasing from this property management company. The carpets were filthy, mold in the refrigerator, and the yard was out of control. I had to dedicate the first day to cleaning before I'd move any of my stuff inside. I've opened multiple maintenance requests and haven't heard back in a week. You can't reach a person over the phone.

To clarify - I've already opened multiple cases.

I am just starting a lease with Main Street Renewal and I’m concerned because getting through to a real person over the phone is so difficult. I have called multiple times to get information on entering the home to make sure water is turned off and the breaker is off in order to have these things turned on and have not been successful with getting any help. I am very skeptical that we will have to deal with this for the next year. Every person I speak to provides the same info of receiving entry to the home at midnight prior to move-in day. Why does this company ask you to turn on power and utilities 5 days in advance? It’s been unnecessarily stressful and I’m already regretting renting with this company.

I would never let this company manage a property. There is a house that was bought by Main Street Renewal in our neighborhood and the property has had a really LOUD alarm coming from inside the house for over a week....

I’ve also did work for this company they’ve always paid me on time and been very nice to me.

I'm a current resident sitting in my home with a broken water main. "Resident support" is giving me the runaround. Over a day with no water, and nobody seems to really care.

My name is literally the same name on my lease, and I've already emailed your wecare department, but I've sent another and referenced this review as requested.
