I have only been with Magnolia Properties for a short while but I can say that this experience is the best that I had while renting. The staff is great, friendly and warm. Their always helpful and willing to help. If you are currently thinking about renting from them, you most defiantly should. You won't have a better experience with any other rental agency.

I’d completely recommend Magnolia Properties. Wendy is so cheerful with every encounter. She is always smiling and really makes you feel like family. It’s hard to find that kind of hospitality in this day and age, and she always makes you feel welcome. Please give their management company a try, you will not be disappointed.

We have been tenants for 7 yrs at Friar Tuck Apts. Wendy and Gary are always on top of any issue that is brought to their attention and resolve it quickly. The apartments are spacious, well taken care of, and bug free. Glass top stove is great. Love the walk-in closets. Kitchenette is very functional and well laid out. Close to Lee County. Near the mall and numerous restaurants, walmart, sams club, and target etc...all this is within 5 minutes. 10-15 minutes to Darton College or ASU. Fairly quiet even with college students.

Very likeable staff and a great response to all problems. Very knowledgeable and will point you in the right direction with any request given. Service with a smile and knowledge abound, great that there's such a good place in Albany to live under.

The management at this location are rude and disrespectful. They don't want to be responsible for basic maintenance issues. Do not rent from these people. Gary is rude and a racist.
