Did application, paid everything. Had a co signer with almost perfect credit and military background and pay. Was still denied and they took the administration fee and told me that it was not refundable. I get that the application fee isn't. But I just spent over 200 bucks in applying for this apartment to just waste my money. They didn't give me a reason as to why I was denied. And then told my cosigner that they couldn't tell them anything about the application and why it was denied. This is a scam just to pocket the fees

I love it here.. it’s my first residence in America after immigrating from New Zealand. The office staff are incredibly kind and accommodated myself, my wife and our children when we needed to leave our current apartment and move into a new one. I love the maintenance staff too! Especially James and the older gent who rides around on his golf cart with his music blasting.. he’s so helpful and always waves and smiles when he goes past!
The grounds here are kept beautiful, the pool is fantastic.
I’ve lived here coming up two years now, and absolutely love it!
Thanks for being so amazing and always being there and listening when we have any issues!

The staff at magnolia point has always made our family feel safe, they've always made us feel like no matter what any issues we have are first priority and we have been here almost 3 years... Most places things like this fade shortly after you've moved in but they have always got right on top of our maintenance issues and other requests that we have had! I lost my mom a little over a month ago and they have just been great to us I would recommend moving here to anyone... Don't judge the bad comments until you've seen for yourself! Thank you thank you thank you to magnolia point office and maintenance!! You guys are great!!! Thanks for sharing your greatness!!!

This was an awful experience of living here for the last two years. I am looking forward for my lease be over and moving away. I have a long list of concerns but I will give you the most important.
1) Safety. There were three apartment fires in one year. One building burned down in a middle of a night with no one at home.
2) Privacy. These guys put a note on my door saying that TODAY would be an inspection. The note was backdated 2 days ago.
3) Price. Be prepared for yearly bump in a lease price. Would you get any improvement for that? Of course not. Just emails about a management efforts to make the community better.
Bonus) They also practice a window blinds inspection. If they found it damaged - they will forcefully charge you. Thats only when they need some money from you. Check the photo of a leaning boiler in my apartment. It has been like this from the very first day and passed inspections all the time.

No communication after you apply.
And you will miss out on a special because of weeks of no communication due to them being “too busy to review your application” or “short staffed”.
I hope they put more energy into their residents than they do their prospectives.

I was initially told rent requirement was 3 times the rent. Got denied :reason “INCOME” after submitting my income(only one job) finally reached someone who told me it is 3.5 times rent requirement and that’s why I was denied. Lady told me send the additional income to her directly so she could get me moved in.. And was told they may be too busy to update it within the 5 days left in the “one month free rent special”, but it would be updated.

They send misleading information to your email, for example “move out statements”
And then after I just gave up trying I get an email weeks later saying my application has been received and is under review.

So I call and call, no answer(as usual) and I email again… and was told I was denied not because of my income but because they see I paid late several times throughout my lease with previous property. Who cares if I was ALLOWED a late payment option? And it was always paid? And I’ve never been evicted or left a balance?

Ugh, they are making it very hard to survive as a single mother. I already work as a department head requiring 60+ hours a week to afford cost of living and now they put more restrictions on being able to move.

Even in the worst neighborhoods rent is 900+ for a 1 bedroom.

Anyway. I give 1 star because of the misleading information, and the non communication of this property.

Applications shouldn’t even be accepted if you don’t have time or staff to correctly guide them through the process.

Magnolia Pointe Apartments has a stellar staff that goes above and beyond to ensure the comfortability of its tenants. The staff is responsive and quick to action. Whenever there is an issue I can count on the maintenance team to come swiftly. The grounds of the complex are always clean and flourishing with fresh flowers . Great place to stay !

I absolutely love my apartment! The complex looks amazing. Work orders are filled quickly. The office staff is amazing! I couldn’t ask for a better apartment complex. It’s also a quiet area which is great.
