I just wanted to say that I'm extremely impressed with Madison County Home Buyers and the Title company they use Alabama Closing and Title Company. Anthony from Madison County House Buyers was so great to work with. He made the process easy, quick and went above and beyond to make my sale go through. The title company found an error and was able to quickly resolve the issue for us. Anthony knowing it was going to delay things by a day offered to put me up in a hotel knowing I didn't have a place to stay to wait one more day since I was suppose to be going to my new home out of state. It wasn't necessary thankfully but, he still extended the offer. This really goes to show the dedication he and his team have to make the home selling process as stress free as possible. My experience with Madison County House Buyers was second to none. I was approached by several competing companies before them, and my experiences with all of the others never materialized into any serious offers or productive conversations. One of the differences with Madison County House Buyers was that they never came across as individuals trying to take advantage of the me as the seller. I was not desperate to sell my house, and had the ability to wait until I got a fair offer. They respected that from the beginning, and never tried to low ball the price of my property. They were great to work with, and my house was sold within 30 days. Also, the people that I dealt with were very open and honest at every step, and always went out of there way to answer any questions that I had. Antonio was reachable and helpful, but Tony by far made me feel as if it was his job to make me as comfortable as possible. The process was smooth and straight forward. Selling or buying a home can definitely be a stressful process, but dealing with the individuals at Madison County House Buyers made it easy. If you need to sell your house, I would strongly recommend giving them a try.
