My experience with Mable loan was great and transparent. The loan officer made my loan process easy and stress free. I had quote from different loan officer that was stressing me out on not working fast enough and doing lots of inquiries on my credit till I almost quit in buying a house. Gerald came very recommended By Luke my new realtor. I was on the process of renting at gain. Till I gave it last chance to get things done. Gerald had things rolling asap and in less than 3 days I can go house shopping. It was easy and smooth even tru closing. It only took after I found my house 16 days to close. I was impressed how fast they work to have it close and ready to move. Britney the underwriter was on top of things to make sure the loan clear. Gerald and his team were great at working with us and finding us the best loan for our budget. They even devoted themselves to jumping several unexpected hurdles that came with our property due to two separate deeds. The reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is I repeatedly asked one of the members of the team to communicate with me via text or phone rather than email because of time constraints but that particular team member never honored that request and never responded to any of my voicemails or text messages.
