I was renting with M Scott Properties for
about two years. I only left recently due to accepting another job. Absolutely amazing business. Although I mostly spoke to Skye, Monika, and Kelly, who are incredible, I would occasionally speak with the rest of the staff, and they were all wonderful.

Everyone would always work with me to get anything fixed if needed, and be on it immediately. Very professional, kind, and helpful. I have never found a better property management company, and I am sad I had to leave them.

One of the worst management companies I have ever dealt with, and definitely the worst in the Carson Valley Area.

Rented from them for 2 years. Constant issues with management not following through. Even on issues where our septic drain pipe was broken and they still rented to us knowing there was an issue. When it finally backed up and you couldn't flush toilets. They let it go for weeks and then never followed through to see the job finished. The contractor never cleaned up the feces and toilet paper in the yard, MScott allowed it and paid em. They were very inconsiderate, and inconsistent with requests.

Worst was moving out. They showed up and changed the locks on the house 2 days before I was supposed to be out restricting my access to my belongings and being able to clean as they wanted .. now they are trying to charge a ridiculous amount.. I suggest if you rent from these people ...Bring a camera and record them when they talk to you . They will tell you what you want to hear and do the opposite.

And when I would go into the office on occasion. The one gal would always smell like alcohol

Not only were they professional, (specific to details and great with communication,) they were compassionate and personable. We were so happy that we had Skye and Marlene, working with us!
