I lived at M from 2017-2025. I was referred there by a friend who had also lived there for several years. In that time span my rent only increased once, and for only $50. My apt had an open floor plan that was spacious.

The Admin are friendly, as are the security and property caregivers. I have never had an issue with any of those folks or tenants. Most tenants are young - older professionals and are friendly.

The grounds are well kept and there is plenty of space to lounge outside, stroll or walk your dog. There are nice views of waterfalls and a deck that overseas the river and falls.

It's a great place to live. I never had an issue in over 7 years and only moved back to go back home and be closer to family and friends. I really wish I could have kept it as a condo investment for myself. I love RI and plan to return when I can.

The leasing agent and management company were wonderful! The apartments have great amenities, and even waterfront views with green parkways to walk through. The owners are doing a lot to create and keep a sense of community, and the effort is certainly noticed. I was shocked at how gorgeous the units and the property are!

Me and my wife lived 2 years in a gorgeous duplex. Staff was super friendly, and management was always there when we needed them. Gym, theater room, and game room on the premises. Location was awesome, right next to I-95. 10 minutes away from downtown Providence, and 35 minutes away from Boston. Don't listen to complaints about floor noise / insulation; it's a 200 year old factory building converted into a beautiful residential unit. What did you expect?

Wonderful Community! Amazing Waterfall. Dog friendly facility, Gym, Movie Theater, Party Hall, Game Room, kayak dock, gorgeous modern glass finish appliances and ergonomic, functional layout and walk in closet.. I can go on and on on why we love this place... We couldn't ask for more. Left my tablet outside by the rocking chairs one night and a wonderful neighbor held it until someone claimed it and let management know. Good, friendly people live here...24/hr security and management... We feel at peace here

Noisy tenants...can hear everyone having sex because of poor insulation. Bad management. Located in a bad area. Car was broken into twice on property and no one from management contacted me, even though they were made aware. The school systems in the area are rated the lowest in the city if you have children as well.

Don't go there..bad management..no sound insolation, you can hear your neighbor having sex, people walking above you.in case of bad issue with your unit nobody is here from the management... Yes apartment are beautiful, but with very Bab management...all super reviews are fake. Don't go there, there is other Mills available around

Apartments are gorgeous, staff is super friendly and quick to solve any issue. Conveniently located right next to the highway.
