Worst property management company in LA !! Please read the reviews and look over everything before you sign it. They have so many hidden loop holes to get more money out of you in every way they can. super unprofessional employees and very outdated office. You only can pay in person so if you don’t live near the hood, then you have to drive over every month just to pay rent. As much money as they charge for these overpriced properties, they should be able to afford a website! Look everywhere else before here make this your last resort!

My family has rented from them for years and they never fix anything. Not holes in the walls/floor, not an ongoing mold infestation, rats, mice, ants, broken plumbing, you name it. No air in the summer. Heater broken in the winter. They’re also extremely rude. Slumlord is an understatement. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

All my reviews have been negative up until this one. Very great company, very friendly too ! All the people that seem upset on here must just have really bad credit or didn’t get approved to rent ! All my neighbors seem very happy and never heard any of them complain. Very welcoming and loving. I’ve had a leaks in my kitchen sink at 11pm and they sent someone over right away no questions asked. I’ve been here for 5 years now and I’ve had my brother and best friend rent from them. Amenities speak for themselves, and finally the communication between manager and tenet is top tier.

A Slumlord indeed! How can this landlord sleep at night knowing he’s kicking families out of their homes so he can charge the next one even more? And he doesn’t even maintain any of his properties. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this vicious person and his cycle.

Would not recommend this management company. I have been married for 4 years, have 2 kids, am a stay at home mom, and my husband has a great salary, yet I was treated like a child for having something that was in collections from over 7 years ago when I was 18.. I understand it is their job to find secure tenants, but why not pay more attention to the last 4 years of never missing a rent payment than a teenage mistake 7 years ago? Or even ask for a little bit higher deposit? Just very disappointed with how it was handled.

I drove by this property management location this morning and decided to give them a call for more information. Well, I spoke with a female, over the phone, that would not give me her name and did not show any interest in assisting me to rent an apartment. She placed me on hold for a very long time, approximately 20 min. until I decided it was definitely a waste of time. I decided to hop on here and warn all of you to stay away. Don’t waste your time. Most of the time, dealing with people that are toxic while at their place of employment will only give you a perspective on what the owners are really like, slumlords.

By far the worst management company I have ever heard of/ been involved with.
They don't value your time or you as a person at all your just a rent due at the end of the month.

I have made 3 complaints about uninhabitable conditions of the apartment due to insects(roaches) , broken windows, non working heater or stove. R
After one month and a half they came in a changed the stove but broke all the counters of the kitchen and left them broken...

This after they charged me double the depositbecause they saw my need to get a place.

Never came back to even patch the whole.
They treat you as if you have no tenant rights and care not to push you to the level of suing maybe because they don't even care about the company they represent.

Stay away pay higher rent and move to a place where people respect you, not threaten you because they think they know where you come from and what your capable of. Just save your self the drama and go to a place where people with integrity actually come to your aid.

As a landlord myself, hearing about the way this company operates makes me physically ill. If you have any morals or values I would stray as far away from this company as humanly possible.
