I was interested in getting information about a house I had driven by in a neighborhood that I adore. So, when I was able to get on the internet I searched for the property and was unable to find the listing anywhere. The company doesn't even have a website that is listing it. So, I went by the property and got the phone number off of the for sale sign and made a call. A lady answered the phone with a hello and did not identify herself or her company. So I asked her about the property. She sounded like she didn't want to be bothered but answered my questions, I'm a very polite person, apparently this person is not. In the conversation as I was asking questions about the property she would huff and call me "well lady" and not in a very nice manner. When she had said "well lady" for the third time to me I hung up on her. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service! Good luck in your career whoever you were.
