Katherine Levonja is absolutely your person to go to if you want a loan. I had already contacted a few other banks to get an approval on a cash out loan and had been rejected or the process was too long. Katerina took my case personally and she made sure that everything was running smoothly through the process. Constantly checking in with me and making sure that all the paper work was in place. Instead of getting paperwork one by one, I got an extensive list at the beginning of our loan process, and we knew exactly what to submit and look for. We got our commitment letter earlier than we could ever imagine, Our seller, who was anxious to close fast, "complained" we got our clearance too soon and were ahead of everyone's schedule. I don’t normally leave reviews. My son is going to college and refinancing my home was the best option to pay for college. From the initial application to the closing of the loan the customer service was superior. My loan officer was attentive and knowledgeable. My closing officer was diligent and well informed. They both made this process simple and we closed on time with out any issue.
If you are looking for a mortgage I highly recommend Lyons!
