Very nice looking and secure properties. Very good maintenance and atmosphere filled with friendly and respectful neighbors. The Lyons Management Team is very easy to work with and have a tremendous amount of experience in managing properties along with customer service. Overall, Penco Products and I have had a good 16 year experience with their properties. Charles is very friendly, knowledgeable and works his magic to get issues resolved immediately with his team.

Was looking to long term rent a 10000 sq ft space, and the gentleman on the phone couldn't even keep his attention for 1 minute on my requirements. instead he and his colleague were discussing sandwiches. Very professional first impression.

To top the review, 5 minutes later received an angry call regarding the review. Stating that we seemed like we did not know what we talk about.
