If you want to work with Professional & Awesome people that know how to make real estate dreams come true… This is the team! Lyle sold our house in a week and had us in our dream home in a month. Lyle and Grace are WONDERFUL! Absolutely the best realtors we have worked with, both buying and selling. Lyle is dedicated, no, driven, to find his clients the best property for them or sell at the highest possible price. He sold a home for us within 3 days of listing it and for more than the asking price. Grace worked magic in getting us a foreclosure approval (in 3 weeks when they usually take months)....Tireless, hard-working, great staff, can't say enough good things about them. Lyle is an incredible motivator, he got us energized and enthused about getting the house ready to sell. He is knowledgeable and very professional. His team is top notch too. His price suggestion was excellent and he negotiated a higher than list closing price. The house went for sale on Saturday at the open house and on Monday we had 3 competing offers. The whole process was easy, smooth, and fast!
