The service I received from both the Client Care Manager, Ameena Taha, and my agent, Lydia Gable was spectacular! Their knowledge and teamwork amongst myself and the buyer of my home was exceptional!

Lydia Gable and Ameena Taha were able to put together an off-market deal on the sale of my home located in Thousand Oaks. These two came together and were able to work on behalf of both myself and the buyers.

My late husband worked for Ventura County Fire. I have two families who live on my street who are related and also work for Ventura County Fire. The grandparents live a couple of blocks away from me. About two years ago, the third brother, also a Ventura County Firefighter, and his wife wrote me a beautiful letter asking if I ever considered selling my home would I give them the first opportunity to purchase it.

We entered into a pocket listing for the home sale, and Lydia Gable and Ameena Taha helped me to keep this home in the Ventura County Fire family. They were creative in coordinating the sale knowing I already had a buyer in mind. At all times, the buyer and I were kept in constant communication on the next steps and escrow instructions. Lydia was highly engaged and focused during her interview providing practical advice on enhancements to get my father-in-law’s house ready for listing. Her designer, Sue, did an awesome job in the selection of about 20 items for the updating including bathroom cabinets, mirrors, faucets, lights, paint colors and more. Lydia’s network of licensed professionals was very helpful since I live 2,500 miles away. I utilized her electrical, plumbing and landscaping contractors – who were all highly responsive, price competitive and great to work with.
