Great, fair price for our apartment. The complex is clean and well maintained. I asked for light bulbs and an air filter and the maintenance man, Michael, was here next day! Maintenance and management are professional, efficient and friendly. Love it here!

just moved in and ive already had several issues ranging from roaches to mold in fridge. cant even go in the kitchen at night without seeing a roach or spider. i already cant wait to move

1 month update (12-7-24)
there are a few things that are tore up & unappealing to me structure wise. on a more positive note most issues were fixed asap however I am still seeing roaches, mainly spiders though pest control has sprayed, but only in two rooms for some reason. The spiders also seem to be attracted to my closet, i mean yesterday i found at least 6. The pest are my biggest burden other than that i am grateful & these apartments are okay i guess

12-21-24 my place is flooded, all ima say is don’t sign a damn lease here.

1-8-25 i cant make ts up😭, found a roach crawling on my NEW vanity. im so disgusted & i thought the pest control was finally helping 🤦‍♀️ (ignore the makeup wipe)

I’m rating this apartment complex a 1/5. It is very expensive for the setting and it’s so much traffic coming in and out of the apartments. There’s a lot of police activity that happens in the area and gun shots are heard late hours at night. The staff waits last minute to inform that they shut the water off. Overall my experience here was horrible and if I had the chance I would’ve never signed the lease. Staff constantly enters the house without letting the renter know. If you are into a ghetto area with bougie neighbors and stafff that’s always in your business this is the place for you.

At this point idk what’s going on at this place. They don’t let residents know when payment options aren’t available they just wait for your rent to be late and then choose to say something. This would’ve been the second time I ended up with a late fee because they failed to tell me anything until last minute. Asked why wasn’t I notified about this change and first she asked me, “what did I mean?”, then I was told they were waiting for people to call. That doesn’t make sense when they have no problem sending out emails about them coming into our places that don’t actually end up happening half the time. I see why management has changed multiple times. It’s gotten worse since I started living here. And trust when you call that front office, they definitely sound like they dgaf about what you’re talking about.

So each month the utilities get higher and higher. I’m not understanding why especially because I’m always at work but yet the month coming up I apparently have to pay almost $100 in utilities. $50 for “Sewer fees”… insane. As the months roll out the higher you’ll have to pay in utilities it seems like. You can’t even keep a chair outside of your door apparently or they threaten to throw them away. At this point what is this place? Truly? They want 800 plus for a crappy apartment definitely at even worth that. This is not some luxury apartment place. Changed the laundry room hours as well so if you work over night and sleep for the majority of the day then you’re assed out. New management this and new management that. Same crappy place. I see no difference in this place and it’s only gotten and continues to get worse. People are moving out left to right and I have never heard of any place where I would have to give a 60 day notice that I’m moving out even if my lease is up. Truly insane.

This apartment complex are very horrible to live I been living for one year and I paid for my apartment with two restrooms and it just one the second thing I paid for pet control and still the same thing a lot a lot 🪳🪳🪳and fleas a lot of them and nobody to something and the third thing is my stove does work either I report all this and they don’t do anything about it so please please please don’t rent this apartments and one more thing the manager and the people who work there and They are very rude and don't help you at all so thing twice before you live here

If I could rate it a 0 I would ! MAJOR sewer issue in bottom apartments! Been here over 1.5 years and had 6 major sewer issues ! They keep trying to cover the issue but it’s worse than ever they never come to fix it! (Not to mention I pay 40-60$ in sewage a month) It’s disgusting and I am not happy. You pay for pest control and they come maybe every 3 months for 5 seconds and barely spray.

(09-03-2024) Incredibly there's a "New Update" Let's just say if you deicide to move in for your own personal reasons, I implore you to {keep your receipts I've seen past reviews too}. With their upstanding unprofessionalism I decided to honor my end of the lease regardless of the legal issues and move out 08/31/2024 as communicated.

Being that I have my wits about me, I decided to lease with another establishment ( total upgrade) beginning 8/23/2024. Ironically, I had movers remove all my personal effects the afternoon of Saturday still ahead of schedule. After which I cleaned the apartment from top to bottom.

Wouldn't you know it, I went to their "online payment" center today to pay a deferred utility bill and the surprises haven't stopped...I've been given a {notice to vacate?} fortunately I thought ahead of time and took pictures of an empty apartment along with a timestamped video....now ain't this is some strategy...LOL!

So here's my update, no hostility just informing others...

1. Apartments are nice, roaches aren't. I actually found a way to eliminate mines and Kudos to the management from years ago!

2. For whatever reason the water is turned off 2 to 4 times a month for emergency plumbing. It my opinion there's a reason many units "have to have" a dehumidifier. If not, you may wake up one day covered in spores, like that Stephen King movie where he woke up covered in grass.

3. I've seen and heard a lot in the last year and let's just say..fortunately I'm a Reasonable Man!

People here suffer from the "Imposter Syndrome!"

If you have a family member [or few] who always seem to be nice and are well informed. Then one day your family has a conflict and you find those same folks you looked up to are about as dull as butter knives in the cerebral department....I'd say you have an understanding of who's in charge of your safety and maintaining while living here.

Fact is my days here are done, im moving on and not before I had to get the law involved past and present💯

Don't mean no harm I moved there back in 2016 me and my husband they were very nice but what we experience was a nightmare. They moved us in an apartment that was invested we went for weeks of no sleep and we called them numerous of times to have someone to come and get the apartment taking care of and they didn't.Until we was gonna called code enforcement on them cause I don't do bugs at all and when we moved they talking about we owe them and that's y we can't move to an another apartment until it's paid off. I know they under new management now but I highly recommend for no one to get an apartment out there 🙅‍♀️🤦‍♀️
