Mrs. Cathy Zinner has been Heaven sent for my fiancé and I! We were actually purchasing a home from her through a competitor of Lumbee, however, her path led her to Lumbee and we followed her there. We were not purchasing a home through anyone else because of all the advice and help she has offered us throughout the buying process. She had our dream home picked out her first day at Lumbee and she was absolutely right. Not only did she assist in our home buying process, but she is even marrying us at our wedding! We never thought we’d create a lifelong friend during our home buying process but that’s exactly what we got! We are extremely grateful for Mrs. Cathy and would recommend EVERY ONE to go to Lumbee and have her help you on your home buying journey as well!

It is very rare that I post reviews...but I needed to bring our wonderful experience to anyone looking to buy. This was our first home purchase and we are so happy we went with Lumbee Homes. Our agent, Mrs. Cathy Zinner, was so wonderful! Our house purchase was so smooth and easy, thanks to her. She knew the ins and outs of every model offered and did not miss a beat with any questions I had. If you are looking to buy now or in the future, you would not be disappointed with this company or its staff. In my honest opinion ask for Mrs Zinner, she is such a lovely, honest and relatable young lady. We never thought that the house buying process could be so easy, and we are still smiling even as we get settled in! I sincerely wish I could give a rating stronger than 5 stars! She is definitely a new friend to our family, and we just want to say thank you for all your hard work, and for finding us our perfect fit. We purchased our Cavco 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home from Lumbee Homes of Sumter, SC. Angel Byrd assisted us in every process along the way, she was Awesome and helped us 110%, also after we got our home on the land we had a small plumbing issue and Angel contacted the proper maintenance personnel to help. I would totally recommend Lumbee Homes and Mrs. Angel Byrd, she is not just a Great manager/salesperson but she is a special friend to us, we are totally enjoying our home and we Thank Angel Byrd and her team along with Mr. Harvey McDonald who delivered and setup our 2024 Cavco home, if you are in the market for a new home give Angel Byrd at Lumbee Homes Sumter a call and you won't be disappointed.

Lumbee Homes has been wonderful to me and my family. From the very first time I visited and fell in love with the 5k mobile home. Jeremy and Angela help me every step of the way and were never too busy when I needed suggestions or ideas. Angel Byrd is heaven sent...literally. She help me through the whole buying process and she didn't give up until I was satisfied and approved for the home I wanted. Even when I wanted to give up she didn't let me. She is the absolute best! She keeps you inform on what is going on and what to expect and gives you her honest advice. We purchased our dream home from Lumbee Homes (Sumter location) a few months ago and our experience was wonderful. Thanks to the amazing staff Bobby, Angel and Jeremy all I can say is thank you. Bobby took time helping me look at homes, calling other locations and looking up floor plans before we did an application for approval. I appreciated the fact that Bobby said he would take care of us and he truly did from start to finish. We are in our home and we are truly happy after looking all over you guys made our dream come true. Our process was quick and painless. Thank you all so much for everything you all did for us.
