Luke Properties has been very accommodating since we arrived. When we have trouble getting into our rental, their agents were immediately available to update our code. And, they texted us again to make sure we made it inside. They always answer our questions, and maintenance needs are resolved quickly. I would recommend Luke Property rentals!

I have been disappointed with Luke Properties in their inability to work with me. My rent has not been late. One month I was unable to pay the additional $50 concierge fee and not only did they charge me a $30 late fee for that, they charged $10/day until the entire by that time 150 got paid. I communicated my situation extensively and they turned a deaf ear. I have been hesitant to call for any repairs as the last 2 ended up not being done well and the other I was charged $150 for the call. I work 2 jobs and do freelance work to keep up. If I was rich and or more fluid with money I think I would like renting from them more.

Update: ** Still a very satisfied renter. Had a request for special Accommodations which was promptly addressed. Thank you. You are great at making things happen .***

I was very satisfied with the work order I put in. I had problems with my refrigerator frosting up and having to defrost it every couple of weeks. The repairman who came to look at told it was not working accurately. So a new refrigerator was suggested and I got a new one in a couple of days. Was so happy. I have limited mobility and the refrigerator I had was a dorm size and it was replaced with a bigger one. Now I can easily access all of shelves and don't have to reach down so far to retrieve things from inside. What a better convenience for me. Thanks again. I've always been given good service whenever needed.
