I recently visited Lowe's and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The customer service was exceptional, with staff members who were knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to assist. They had an impressive plant selection, offering a wide range of healthy, vibrant options for both indoor and outdoor gardening needs. Additionally, the store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. Overall, it was an enjoyable shopping trip that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this location.

I'm at Lowe's 5 or 10 times a week or more. Never had a rude employee or too busy to help. They're good about returns special orders researching stuff for you.

Update- I still go to Lowe's nearly every day for work. Often I'm there 3 or 4 times a day. They have excellent customer service and the employees are very helpful.

The employees were friendly and helpful in assisting us with locating what we needed as well as mixing some paint for us. It was a little pricey for some things but others were pretty cheap. Not complaining about the price, what isn't more expensive right now, y'know? Will return in the future

Anyone thinking about getting Lowe’s extended warranty plan on any appliances, forget it, bought washer/ dryer and got warranty, it broke in November last year and it’s still not fixed. I’m not dissing the store, Keaton, the store manager in kingsland stepped in a few times to get the ball rolling however I still don’t have a working dryer. First two techs showed up at a business address I had ten years ago, third tech came and took dryer apart saying he had to order a part. Never heard from him again, had to have Keaton step in again, fourth tech came, said he had to order part, finally came in but he couldn’t get the housing around it apart so informed me he’d order it again with the whole housing incorporated. Finally yesterday the fifth tech showed up and fixed it and it broke on the first load.
Spent the last two hours on the phone with corporate, (twice) trying to get it repaired, sixth tech is meant to come tomorrow 03/13/2025
So, I have left work five times to meet techs, I’d have been better off without the warranty and much better off financially to just pay out of pocket for repairs. I have bought four washer dryers a stove and a deep freezer and that’s just the appliances I’ve bought from Lowe’s in the past three years for businesses and homes it will be the last, Home Depot here I come…

The sixth tech showed up and said the new motor they put in was faulty?
So I called your corporate number as you requested and after spending an hour on the phone with them talking to fiasco of a business providing the extended warranty and me finally requesting a new dryer they inform me that I’ll have to wait another 2 or 3 days before they receive their report back from their tech?
This goes to show how worthless they are, this is 2025, results are in real time nowadays, it’s not the 80’s anymore but what the heck, I’ve not had a dryer since November last year, what’s another few days.😡

I recently had a disappointing experience with customer service at Lowe’s. When I approached the cashier to apply my rewards points, I was informed that I could not use my phone number and that a QR code was required. After providing my QR code, I asked if a PO or job name was needed, as this has been standard practice in my past transactions. The cashier assured me that it would be requested at the time of payment.

However, upon completing my purchase, I was never prompted for a PO or job name, which contradicts my previous experiences as a Pro Account holder. This inconsistency in process and lack of proper guidance was frustrating.

I strongly encourage Lowe’s to improve staff training to ensure customers receive accurate and consistent service. Experiences like this are why I continue to shop at Home Depot instead.

I’d been chasing down a suitable washer/spacer for an automotive alternator for weeks.
He older gentleman with glasses, Bob, in the hardware department, solved a month-long problem in less than 3 minutes. He should absolutely be recognized for his work, knowledge, and desire to help. Thank you so much Bob!

Bought a dishwasher and paid for installation. I've been calling the store and going up there for over a week and a half because I've heard nothing about the installation. Gotten the run around and excuse after excuse. Absolutely should not be this difficult. Won't be purchasing any other appliances from here, would rather drive 30 minutes to an hour for more competent service.
