You talked to me for a while then refused to help me, even though I am 10 hours away and had a tight timeline. Had to go to a different realty to reach a deal which split your commission. I do appreciate your reasonableness in negotiating and helping us through the most difficult closing ever (due to my poor choice of lender). You seemed to do a great job of protecting the seller's interest. Thank you for getting us to closing!

My husband tried to get in touch with them after stopping in. We called two separate times, in which he left messages with the receptionist and never received a call back from either Chad or Brian. We even waited a week. They had a house for sale that we wanted to look at. So we called a different realtor who was more than happy to get us in to see the house the next day.
