These people do not take care of their property, they monetary fix things just so it'll work for a few minutes instead of fixing the whole problem like putting a Band-Aid on a cut that needs stitches. They continue to go up on the rent but don't upgrade their property. I love where I live the location and my neighbors we all work together as a unit and watch out for each other the property management not so much.
